Donetsk, Aug 1 — DAN. DPR educational institutions expect 170,000 students this year, including the liberated territories, the Ministry of Education said, citing preliminary estimates.
“According to our estimates, 140,000 of students will start their academic year in the territory controlled by the DPR before the beginning of the liberation operation; 28,500 are to begin their studies in the liberated territories,” the statement reads.
Russian educational standards are to be applied at schools across the DPR, including liberated areas. *ot
