Donetsk, Jul 22 — DAN. The DPR Head Denis Pushilin has signed a decree “On approval of the list of nuclear materials that can be exclusively state property.”
The list includes uranium enriched to 20 pc or more, uranium-235 isotope, with the exception, in particular, of uranium, which is part of the nuclear fuel at nuclear power plants and transport power plants or is intended for transfer to the territory of a foreign state by decision of the Government for the purpose of producing fuel for research reactors, ” the document reads.
The list also includes plutonium, uranium-233 and neptunium-237, except for a number of cases when they are used for scientific, medical, industrial purposes, in targets of elementary particle accelerators, as part of samples intended for testing measuring instruments. *ot
