Donetsk, Jun 29 - DAN. The number of government-funded scholarships at DPR universities and vocational training colleges for the Republic’s residents has increased by almost 6,000, DPR Education and Science Minister Larisa Polyakova told reporters on Thursday.
“Compared with the previous year, the number of government-funded places at higher professional education institutions has increased by almost 3,000,” Polyakova said. ”At vocational training colleges, the number of government scholarships has increased by the same amount.”
An increase in government-funded places will enable all DPR prospective students having high level of knowledge to receive free quality education and become top professionals.
DPR scholarship quota for universities is set at 14,000 and for vocational training colleges at 9,746. *jk
