Donetsk, Oct 18 — DAN. The Russian government is allocating money for the procurement of some 300 buses for the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics and the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at a Cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
“We’re directing funds to purchase about 300 light, medium and heavy-duty buses for the DPR, LPR and Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, ” Mishustin said.
These regions will start using new vehicles as early as this year. They will help launch new routes, strengthen links between districts and cut travel time to places of work and study and social organizations, he added.*jk
