Donetsk, Apr 14 – DAN. Ukraine should shift to another form of government, or it will fall apart, said DPR Head Alexander Zakharchenko at his live Q&A.
"Unitary Ukraine won't survive, that's hundred percent true. Its time has passed. They have a chance with another form – be it a federation, a confederation or a mixed form, which respects national, cultural, historical and economic traditions of all its parts, regions," he explained.
This is though a 'complicated process', Zakharchenko said. "It requires a lot of time, especially concerning the background of degrading economy." *ot
