Donetsk, Nov 10 – DAN. Ukrainian hackers have gained unauthorized access to the e-mail of DPR First Republican TV Channel director and mass mailed calls to boycott the November 11 elections, said an MP Natalia Pshenichnaya.
"Ukrainian authorities is allocating huge funds for informational attacks and fake news on the eve of the DPR and LPR elections. On November 9, they mass mailed calls to boycott the elections using hacked e-mail of DPR First Republican TV Channel director. They have also hacked my Vk.com account and sent defamatory messages about elections," she said.
Pshenichnaya said that Kiev efforts are in vain, as residents strongly intend to vote.
The Head and Parliamentary elections are to take place in Donbass on November 11. Residents will be able to cast ballots at 408 polling stations across the DPR, all of the addresses are available at the Central Election commission website.
Five candidates are running for Head: Denis Pushilin, Elena Shishkina, Roman Khramenkov, Vladimir Medvedev, Roman Evstifeyev. Two social movements are running for Parliament: the Donetsk Republic and the Free Donbass.
International observers have been invited to monitor the elections, 48 of them, nationals of Russia, Abkhazia, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Turkey, Finland, France, Chili and South Ossetia, have registered as monitors. *ot
