Donetsk, Sep 27 — DAN. President Vladimir Putin has issued a decree appointing judges in the new territories for a term of six years.

According to the document published on the official legal information portal, the appointees are:

Vadim Vaslyayev — deputy chairperson of the Supreme Court of the Donetsk People’s Republic,

Aeromaa Kochnyova  — chairperson of the Kramatorsk town court,

 Lyudmila Strateichuk — chairperson of Makeyevka’s Tsentralno-Gorodskoy Court,

 Andrey Ignatov  — judge of the Donetsk Garrison Military Court; Vyacheslav Migda — deputy chairperson of the court.

The judges appointed to the DPR Supreme Court are Olga Barsukova, Anastasia Batrakova, Olesya Dementyeva, Alexdander Yelchaninov, Tatyana Zaporozhets, Oksana Zaritskaya, Vladimir Plyukhin, Vitaly Sirotin, Tatyana Streltsova and Yury Khrapin

Yulia Rykova and Natalia Sheremetyeva have been appointed DPR Arbitration Court judges.

The president also appointed judges to district courts.

The Donetsk People’s Republic joined Russia as a constituent entity under the interstate treaty dated September 30, 2022. In this connection, the Republic is forming federal government bodies and launching the operation of organizations and agencies of different levels.*jk
