Donetsk, Oct 30 - DAN. Acting Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin relieved acting Coal and Energy Minister Anatoliy Nesterenko of his duties.
Pushlin’s decree No 48 dismissed Nesterenko as acting DPR coal and energy minister. Decree No 49 appointed to this post Ruslan Dubovskiy. Both documents were published on the DPR website.
Dubovskiy was acting DPR coal and energy minister from the winter of 2015 till the summer of 2016.
Decrees No 48 and 49 become effective from the dates of signing which are October 29 and October 30, respectively.*jk
