Donetsk, Dec 6 – DAN. DPR does not need assistance in maintaining order from a person who cannot deal with the situation within his country, said DPR Head Denis Pushilin commenting on idea of the Ukrainian president Vladimir Zelensky to form a "municipal guard" in Donbass.

Earlier Ukrainian president said that he plans to propose during the Normandy Four meeting in Paris the idea of forming a municipal guard including DPR and LPR representatives, Ukrainian national guard and the OSCE members.

"Law enforcement is fully functioning in the DPR, rights and freedoms of individuals are observed and protected. We are handling the commitment to safeguard order in our state and we do not need any directions from a person who is condoning children murders in the capital, uncontrolled ubiquitous armed formations and ultra-radicals," Pushilin said.

He called on Zelensky to stop using garrulity and to take up some action to implement the Minsk Agreements.*ot
