Donetsk, Sep 18 — DAN. Donetsk People’s Republic Acting Head Denis Pushilin has appointed a new regional coal and and energy minister.
“Denis Yepifanov has been appointed to this post; I wished him fruitful work, ” Pushilin wrote on Telegram.
Yepifanov has been director general of the Donbass Energy cross-border concern.
In May, Andrey Chertkov was relieved of his duties as deputy government chairman and head of the Coal and Energy Ministry, and appointed DPR first deputy premier. Back then, Vitaly Vlasov was appointed DPR Acting Minister of Coal and Energy.*jk
