Donetsk, Nov 7 – DAN. DPR Interim Head Denis Pushilin's move to activate Council of Ministers work marks a thorough approach to the executive branch, said the acting minister of labor and social policy Larisa Tolstykina.

"The course for activating the Council of Ministers work marks a shift towards a more efficient and mature system of executive authorities. We may achieve definite results in all the spheres by active discussions and making strategic decisions."

She said the initiative is to boost living standards and well-being of DPR residents.

The Head and Parliamentary elections are to take place in Donbass on November 11. Residents will be able to cast ballots at 408 polling stations, all of the addresses are available at the Central Election commission website.

Five candidates are running for Head: Denis Pushilin, Elena Shishkina, Roman Khramenkov, Vladimir Medvedev, Roman Evstifeyev. Two social movements are running for Parliament: the Donetsk Republic and the Free Donbass.*ot
