Donetsk, Oct 11 - DAN. Donbass integration with Russia must be a priority in the development of the Donetsk People’s Republic, acting DPR Culture Minister Mikhail Zheltyakov told the Donetsk News Agency on Thursday.
“The election of the new DPR leader predetermines the future of the Republic whose development foremost depends on our relations with the Russian Federation,” Zheltyakov said. “I believe that integration is among top priorities today.”
“It’s necessary to step up efforts and continue to implement the integration programmes,” the official added.
In his opinion, interaction with Russian colleagues enables the Republic’s authorities to achieve maximum effectiveness in project implementation across all sectors.
DPR residents will elect the new head of the Republic and the parliament on November 11.*jk
