Donetsk, Sep 22 – DAN. The DPR will not consider Ukraine's proposition on the '88 for 313' prisoners exchange, said DPR envoy to the negotiations Denis Pushilin.
"These numbers do not reflect the reality, we shall not consider such exchange, we do not agree with these number," he said.
Pushilin emphasized that DPR prioritizes the exchange lists presented in Minsk, but not those proposed by Ukraine.
