“I believe that we need a prime minister if we consider all the circumstances and the tremendous amount of work to be carried out by the authorities,” Pushilin said. “We discuss the issue with our colleagues, I think that it would be an expedient and optimum move in the foreseeable future.”
The DPR Council of Ministers is a permanent top executive body chaired by the Head of state. It is currently headed by acting DPR Head Denis Pushilin.*jk
