Donetsk, Apr 16 - DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic Prosecutor General’s Office has filed 468 criminal cases against Ukrainian army officers and over facts of strikes at DPR settlements since the beginning of the Donbass conflict.
“The PGO Department for Investigating Crimes against Peace and Security of Mankind is looking into 2,278 episodes in 468 criminal cases opened in the period from 2014 to 2019,” the PGO press service said.
Cases were opened against Ukrainian army commanders and over facts of shelling of DPR settlement by unidentified Ukrainian servicemen and commanders in which 3,311 civilians were killed or wounded, DPR prosecutors said.
According to the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office, more than 7,7000 pieces of infrastructure have been damaged in shelling since 2014, including 3,600 houses, some 100 schools, kindergartens and health centres.*jk
