DPR electoral system fully prepared for September voting

Donetsk, Aug 11 — DAN. The Donetsk’s People’s Republic electoral system is ready to hold local elections in the region, DPR Election Commission Chairman Vladimir Vysotsky said at a press briefing on Friday.

“The electoral system is 100 percent ready, ” Vysotsky said.

Earlier, he said that the five parliamentary parties had submitted their lists of candidates for regional parliament and municipal councils. The deadline for submitting documents is August 17.
