Donetsk, May 11 — DAN. The September elections to the Donetsk People’s Republic parliament and municipal councils might last for three or more days, DPR parliament deputy speaker, first deputy secretary of the “United Russia” party’s regional branch Sergey Prokopenko told the Donetsk News Agency on Thursday.

“Three-day voting remains in force (for the DPR) if the situation does not worsen, Prokopenko said. ‘Perhaps, it will be even longer as safe conditions have to be created for the voters.’

Earlier reports said that the DPR parliamentary and municipal elections would take place on Single Voting Day on September 10.  “United Russia” is currently preparing for primaries on May 22 — 28.*jk
