Donetsk, Sep 28 - DAN. Acting Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin has been registered as a candidate for the post of DPR Head in the upcoming election.
The Central Election Commission confirmed the registration at its meeting on Friday after checking the documents and signature lists submitted by Pushilin.
DPR residents will elect the new Head of the Republic in an early election and the parliament in a scheduled election on November 11.
September 25 reports said that eight people had met CEC document requirements for nomination as candidates in the Head of Republic election.*jk
