Donetsk, Sep 17 - DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic Central Election Commission will begin registration of candidates for the post of DPR Head on September 21, CEC chairwoman Olga Pozdnyakova told reporters at a a press briefing here on Monday.
“The CEC decided on a key issue today: the nomination of candidates for the post of DPR Head,” Pozdnyakova said. “The opening date for submitting documents is September 21, the deadline is 18:00, September 25.”
On September 7, the DPR parliament set November 11 as the date of the parliamentary and Head of Republic election, and appointed the Central Election Commission. Olga Pozdnyakova was elected CEC chairwoman at the CEC session on September 8.*jk
