Donetsk, Sep 20 — DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic Central Election Commission (CEC) at its first meeting has formed territorial commissions for holding the referendum in the Republic and abroad.
The decision on setting up the commissions was supported by all the eight CEC members.*jk
