Donetsk, Oct 3 — DAN. Russian State Duma has approved the Federal Law “On Ratification of the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the Donetsk People’s Republic on the Accession of the DPR to Russia and Establishment of a New Federal Subject”.
The decision was supported by 413 votes of the Duma deputies.
Duma also ratified similar treaties on the accession of the LPR, and Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
The treaties to endorse the accession of the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions to Russia were signed on September 30 in the Kremlin following referendums in all the four regions that revealed massive support for the accession among residents. *ot
