Donetsk, Aug 31 - DAN. ‘All-for-all’ prisoner exchange will remain the key issue on the agenda of the humanitarian subgroup’s meeting in Minsk on 6 September, DPR ombudswoman Darya Morozova told Donetsk News Agency on Thursday.
“The next meeting’s agenda remains focused on prisoner exchange. We’ll argue for working on general lists,” Morozova said.
“We’ll be insisting on “all-for-all swap,” she said.
Earlier, DPR representatives said Ukrainian side was delaying prisoner exchange under new pretexts. Reports after the latest meeting in Minsk on 23 August said the parties had made no headway in this issue.*jk
