Donetsk, Oct 13 — DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have been shelling settlements in the Donetsk People’s Republic since 5:00; some 140 rounds of ammunition have been fired at the DPR by now.
Strikes were delivered at the Kievsky, Kirovsky, Kuibyshevsky and Petrovsky districts of Donetsk, Yasinovataya and Gorlovka’s Nikitovsky district including the settlements of Golmovsky, Zaitsevo, Shakhta Izotova and Shakhta 6/7. The enemy used “Grad” multiple rocket launchers, 155mm, 152mm and 122mm artillery and mortars.
A 61-year-old man was wounded in the explosion of a “Lepestok” anti-personnel mine, a house was damaged and more than 1,200 customers were left without electricity in Donetsk’s Kirovsky district. A landmine was found and quickly rendered harmless in the Forged Figures Park in Donetsk’s Voroshilovsky district. In the Kuibyshevsky district, a hospital and three homes were damaged, and in the Petrovsky district, the strikes damaged a home and two cars.
Ukrainian artillery attacks damaged Michurin penitentiary buildings and seven homes in Gorlovka. No casualties were immediately reported.
