Donetsk, Jun 13 — DAN. Ukrainian gunmen have fired 242 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Monday.

Fire was delivered at Donetsk’s Kuibyshevksy, Kirovsky, Petrovsky and Kievsky districts, Makeyevka, Dokuchayevsk, Yelenovka, Gorlovka, Panteleimonovka, Yasinovataya and the neighboring settlements of Yakovlevka, Vasilyevka, Mineralnoye and Verkhnetoretskoye. The enemy used “Grad” multiple rocket launchers, 155mm, 152mm and 122mm artillery and 82mm and 120mm mortars.

One civilian was killed and another ten people were wounded including a 10-year-old child, the JCCC said. Earlier on Monday, the DPR Territorial Defense Headquarters said that a 16-year-oldl girl was wounded as Ukrainian forces fired at Dokuchayevsk. The strike was delivered on Sunday evening.

Over the past 24 hours, 48 houses and civil infrastructure facilities were damaged in the Kirovsky, Kuibyshevsky and Petrovsky districts of the DPR capital, Yelenovka, Gorlovka and Dokuchayevsk.

The daily report does not include information on damage in liberated areas or areas where fighting against Ukrainian armed formations is ongoing.

In the previous 24-hour period, Ukrainian armed formations fired 326 rounds of ammunition at the Republic wounding eight civilians.*jk
