Donetsk, Sep 12 - DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic Interior Ministry has put on the wanted list a man who visited the Separ cafe shortly before the August 31 explosion.
“A man whose photo you can see was in the cafe on August 31, 2018. The Interior Ministry requests this person and the residents who have information on the incident to report it immediately to the nearest police department,” the Ministry said in a report with attached photo of the suspect.
