Donetsk, Jan 24 — DAN. A civilian has been killed in a Ukrainian artillery attack on the Alexandrovka neighborhood in Donetsk, the Donetsk People’s Republic Territorial Defense Headquarters reported on Tuesday.
“Ukrainian armed formations killed a civilian as they shelled the Alexandrovka neighborhood in Donetsk’s Petrovsky district, ” the report said. No more details were immediately available.
On Tuesday, enemy artillery targeted Donetsk, Gorlovka, Ilovaisk and Vladimirovka, a settlement outside Volnovakha. The enemy has fired 41 rounds of ammunition at the DPR since midnight including US-made high mobility artillery rocket system projectiles.
Five people have been wounded in Kiev artillery attacks. In Ilovaisk, two locomotive depot employees were wounded at their workplaces and another three civilians were wounded in Vladimirovka. The Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes reported that damage had been caused to railway facilities in Ilovaisk, one single-family home in Vladimirovka and three homes in Donetsk (two in the Kievsky district and one in the Kuibyshevsky district).*jk
