Donetsk, Oct 26 — DAN. Ukrainian gunmen fired 367 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk People’s Republic from 06:00, October 25 to 06:00, October 26, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC) reported on Wednesday.
“The enemy targeted 12 settlements including Donetsk, Gorlovka, Krasny Partizan, Panteleimonovka, Novobakhmutovka, Yasinovataya, Mineralnoye, Makeyevka and Dokuchayevsk. Ukrainian forces used an AGM-88 HARM missile, ‘Grad’ and ‘Uragan’ multiple rocket launchers, 155mm, 152mm and 122mm artillery and 120mm mortars, ” the JCCC said.
A man was killed when Donetsk’s Kievsky district came under Ukrainian forces fire and another 14 civilians were wounded in the Kuibyshevsky, Kirovsky, Kievsky and Budyonnovsky districts of the DPR capital and Gorlovka’s Nikitovsky district. The shelling damaged 35 homes and 15 infrastructure facilities.
After a lull on Wednesday, the enemy reopened fire at Donetsk at night using heavy artillery. No casualties or damage were immediately reported.
In the previous 24-hour period, the enemy fired fewer than 100 projectiles at the DPR. There were no civilian casualties.*jk
