Donetsk, Feb 3 – DAN. DPR Prosecutor General’s Office has opened several criminal cases against Ukrainian commanders and service members, the Office press service said.
“Prosecutors of DPR Prosecutor General’s Office launched two criminal cases against Ukrainian service members following terrorist attacks,” the statement reads.
The cases are investigated under Article 229 parts A and B of the DPR Criminal Code. Four cases are opened against the commander of the 35th marine brigade Nikolay Palas and his subordinates who opened fire on Gorlovka on February 2 injuring a civilian and damaging three residential houses,” the statement reads.
Other investigations target service members of the 28th brigade who opened mortar and grenade launcher fire on Signalnoye, which left five houses damaged, acting on the order of their commander Maksim Marchenko.
In the past 24 hours Kiev forces intensified the fire violating the ceasefire six times over the past 24 hours.*ot
