Donetsk, Jul 13 — DAN. The Donbass Development Corporation and regional and municipal authorities have to provide maximum assistance to investors in the implementation of their projects, Donetsk People’s Republic Acting Head Denis Pushilin said on Thursday.
“Several projects are on agenda, which investors are ready to implement in our region, ” Pushilin said at a session of the regional Investment Committee. “Let’s hear them out, and provide maximum assistance to the projects approved by our committee.”
The Committee met to discuss the construction of apartment buildings, a bread factory and wholesale and retail market. The investors who are going to implement these projects will be provided with land plots without competitive bidding, the DPR leader said on a video posted on his Telegram channel.
The Donetsk News Agency earlier reported that developers in Donetsk and Mariupol had submitted the first land lease applications. One of the developers plans to build one million square meters of housing with social infrastructure in Donetsk’s Kuibyshevsky district.*jk
