Donetsk, Jul 10 — DAN. Promsvyazbank (PSB) has assumed all the rights and obligations in servicing Central Republican Bank clients starting July 10, the press service of the Russian bank reported on Monday.
“Extensive work has been carried out to consolidate client bases, reconfigure business processes and centralize banking infrastructure, ” the press service said. “As a result of consolidation, Central Republican Bank offices become PSB offices. Financial services to the population and enterprises are provided by a network of more than 240 offices in 30 towns and settlements of the region. The consolidated client base tops 1.3 million clients.”
The PSB ensured a “seamless transition” as clients do not have to visit bank offices to reregister financial products. All the active accounts and cards transferred to the PSB automatically. Card accounts will be replenished as usual.*jk
