Donetsk, Mar 1 — DAN. The number of offices of the PSB Group in the Donetsk People’s Republic has increased to 248, the Bank’s press service told the Donetsk News Agency on Wednesday.
“The network of offices has increased by 1.7 times following the acquisition of ‘PSB Donetsk Ltd, ’ the press service said.
Clients can use PSB outlets to pay utility, mobile phone and Internet bills, collect social benefits and allowances, make money transfers, open and replenish bank cards, take out loans and establish deposit accounts. ATM and online services are also available, and their range keeps growing.
DPR-based entrepreneurs can use acquiring services and online or mobile bank application personal accounts, open and process settlement accounts, issue corporate bank cards, launch payroll card schemes and start their own business in the Republic without visiting tax authorities or the Multifunctional Public Services Center.
Promsvyazbank was established in 1995. Its head office is located in Moscow. It is one of the largest Russian banks and the base bank for state defense orders and large government contracts since 2019. PSB began to operate in the DPR in June 2022. In January 2023, the regional parliament passed the law on restructuring the DPR Central Bank into a limited liability company for subsequent sale to PSB. In February 2023, PSB acquired PSB Donetsk Ltd. Prior to that, the Bank had operated 84 branches in the region.*jk
