Donetsk, Oct 17 — DAN. The Russian budget may allocate some 500 million rubles for helping cancer patients in the new regions, according to the explanatory notes to the draft budget 2024-2026 which were read by Donetsk News Agency correspondents.
“Budget spending on equipping hospitals which help cancer patients will amount to 450 million rubles in 2024, as part of the program of the socio-economic development of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics and the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, ” the document said.
The outlays for equipping regional vascular and primary care centers are worth 1,022.2 million rubles. The draft budget also envisions possible allocations to renew facilities and resources of general education organizations.*jk
