Donetsk, Aug 4 — DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have shelled the Donetsk People’s Republic 63 times over the past 24 hours expending 542 projectiles and mortar rounds, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Thursday.
The enemy fired at Donetsk’s Voroshilovsky, Kievsky, Kalininsky, Kuibyshevsky, Kirovsky and Petrovsky districts, Staromokhailovka, Alexandrovka, Yelenovka, Dokuchayevsk, Makeyevka, Yasinovataya and Mineralnoye (Donetsk axis) and Gorlovka’s Nikitovsky and Kalininsky districts, Panteleimonovka, Zaitsevo, Dolomitnoye and Golmovsky (Gorlovka axis). Ukrainian gunmen used “Uragan” and “Grad” multiple rocket launchers, 155mm, 152mm and 122mm artillery and mortars, the JCCC said.
Two civilians have been killed and another 14 have been wounded in Ukrainian artillery attacks and 47 houses and seven infrastructure facilities have been damaged.
In the previous 24-hour period, Ukrainian armed formations shelled the DPR 87 times expending 419 rounds of ammunition. Two civilians were killed and another 25 were wounded in Ukrainian strikes.*jk
