Donetsk, April 14 - DAN. Ukrainian armed formations shelled the Donetsk People’s Republic 26 times over the past 24 hours (from 03:00, April 13 to 03:00, April 14) expending 198 rounds of ammunition, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Thursday.
The enemy used “Uragan” and “Grad” multiple rocket launchers, 122mm artillery and 120mm mortars. Strikes were delivered at the Kievsky, Petrovsky, Kuibyshevsky and Leninsky districts of the DPR capital, the settlements of Zheleznaya Balka, Golmovsky and Ozeryanovka and the towns of Gorlovka and Yasinovataya.
Twenty-one houses and four civil infrastructure facilities were damaged in the shelling. Earlier reports said that two civilians had been killed and another three had been wounded.
Daily reports do not cover the situation in Mariupol where clashes with Ukrainian nationalists are ongoing, so the data on casualties or damage to housing stock might not be complete.
In the previous 24-hour period, Ukrainian armed formations delivered 17 strikes at the DPR. *jk
