Donetsk, Jan 11 - DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have violated the ceasefire on the contact line with the Donetsk People’s Republic twice over the past 24 hours, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Tuesday.
Fire was delivered at the Vesyoloye village area on the Donetsk axis and the Shakhta Gagarina settlement on the Gorlovka axis. The enemy used an 82mm mortar, large-calibre machine guns and small arms, the JCCC said.
No civilian casualties or damage to civil infrastructure have been recorded.
The Lugansk People’s Republic reported one ceasefire violation by Ukrainian forces.
The package of tighter ceasefire control measures has been formally in effect in Donbass since July 27, 2020. The document bans the use of any weapons, deployment of heavy armaments in and around settlements, engineer works and unmanned aerial vehicle flights.*jk
