Donetsk, Oct 5 - DAN. Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire on the contact line with the Donetsk People’s Republic twice over the past 24 hours, the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Tuesday,
The enemy expended 18 SPG and AGS grenade launcher rounds delivering fire at the Sakhanka and Leninskoye settlements in the south of the Republic. No civilian casualties or damage to civil infrastructure were recorded, the JCCC said.
In the previous reporting period, Kiev army units violated the ceasefire twice.
Earlier on Tuesday reports said that Donetsk’s western outskirts had come under fire.
The package of tighter ceasefire control measures has been in effect in Donbass since July 27, 2020. The document bans the use of any weapons, deployment of heavy armaments in and around settlements, engineer works and unmanned aerial vehicle flights.*jk
