Donetsk, Nov 8 - DAN. Ukrainian army units fired 110 rounds of ammunition at Donetsk People’s Republic frontline areas over the past 24 hours, head of the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination Ruslan Yakubov said on Thursday.

“Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire 15 times expending 110 rounds of ammunition,” Yakubov said.

Ukrainian forces targeted the Spartak, Alexandrovka and Trudovskaya Colliery villages in the outskirts of Donetsk, Gorlovka and the Zaitsevo neighbourhood, Yasinovataya and its adjacent settlements of Krutaya Balka, Kashtanovoye and Vasilyevka, and the Sakhanka village in southern DPR.

The enemy used grenade launchers and large calibre machine guns. The JCCC said that the gate and a utility shed had been damaged at 11 Smolenskaya Street, Gorlovka, in shelling by Ukrainian forces.

The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.

On Wednesday evening, Ukrainian forces shelled the Trudovskaya and Mineralnoye neighbourhoods outside Donetsk using an attack drone; one person was wounded.*jk
