Donetsk, Jul 5 — DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have shelled the Donetsk People’s Republic 83 times over the past 24 hours expending 730 rounds of ammunition, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Tuesday.
Ukrainian army units targeted the Kuibyshevsky, Kievsky, Kirovsky and Petrovsky districts of the DPR capital, Makeyevka’s Kirovsky and Chervonogvardeisky districts, Yasinovataya, Yakovlevka, Mineralnoye, Alexandrovka and Yelenovka on the Donetsk axis, and Shakhta Gagarina, Golmovsky, Bairak, Dolomitnoye, Mikhailovka, Panteleimonovka, Novobakhmutovka and Novoselovka on the Gorlovka axis. The enemy used “Uragan” and “Grad” multiple rocket launchers, 155mm, 152mm and 122mm artillery and mortars.
Four civilians were killed and another 32 were wounded in Ukrainian strikes, and 43 houses and 20 civil infrastructure facilities were damaged.
In the previous 24-hour period, Ukrainian armed formations fired 248 rounds of ammunition at the DPR killing five people and wounding 20. Thirty-four houses and four infrastructure facilities were damaged.*jk
