Donetsk, Sep 18 - DAN. The Ukrainian army is not ready to launch an offensive against the Donetsk People’s Republic, acting DPR Head Denis Pushilin said at a meeting with Zasyadko Colliery miners on Tuesday.
“As for security, I can assure you that the forces currently available to the DPR are capable of defending us,” Pushilin said. “I neither see nor feel any political or military threat.”
“The weapons Ukraine has are not ready for use,” he added. *jk
