Donetsk, Jun 23 — DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have fired 284 rounds of ammunition of caliber over 12.7mm at settlements in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Thursday.
Strikes were delivered at the Kievsky and Petrovsky districts of the DPR capital, Makeyevka’s Chervonogvardeisky, Sovetsky and Kirovsky districts, Yelenovka, Dokuchayevsk, Rovnopol and Yasinovataya. On the Gorlovka axis, Ukrainian armed formations shelled the settlements of Shakhta Gagarina, Shakhta 6/7, Golmovsky, Zaitsevo, Bairak, Zheleznaya Balka and Shirokaya Balka. The enemy used “Uragan” and “Grad” multiple rocket launchers, 155mm, 152mm and 122mm artillery and 120mm and 82mm mortars.
A 21-year-old girl and an infant were killed in Rovnopol, Volnovakha district, and four people were wounded in Donetsk and Makeyevka in the strikes. On top of that, 58 civil infrastructure facilities and houses were damaged in Ukrainian forces fire.
In the previous 24-hour period, Ukrainian gunmen fired 374 rounds of ammunition at the DPR killing one civilian and wounding 13.*jk
