Donetsk, Aug 23 — DAN. Ukrainian gunmen have fired almost 250 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk People’s Republic territory from over the past 24 hours (from 6:00, August 22 to 6:00, August 23), the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said on Tuesday.
“Two civilians have been killed in Gorlovka over the past 24 hours, and another four have been wounded in Donetsk’s Kuibyshevsky district and Gorlovka, ” the JCCC said adding that 11 houses and one infrastructure facility had been damaged in enemy fire.
Ukrainian armed formation used 155mm, 152mm and 122mm artillery and 120mm mortars to shell Donetsk districts, Yasinovataya, Novobakhmutovka and Gorlovka.
In the previous 24-hour period, the JCCC recorded 34 strikes at the DPR by Ukrainian armed formations which killed two civilians and wounded 19.*jk
