Donetsk, Jul 22 — DAN. The Russia-led coalition has destroyed four US-made HIMARS MLRS in the period of July 5-20, the Russian Ministry of Defence said.
“The enemy suffers significant losses of equipment supplied by the West. From July 5 until July 20, high-precision air- and ground-based weapons destroyed four HIMARS launchers and a transport loading vehicle,” the report reads.
Two laucnhers were destroyed outside Malotaranovka, another one together with vehicle — in the vicinity of Krasnoarmeisk, and the fourth launcher — on eastern outskirts of Konstantinovka.
Earlier, ex-chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the USA Mark Milley said that US and allies were to supply more than 20 HIMARS systems to Ukraine, adding that 12 of them had already arrived in Ukraine. *ot
