Donetsk, Jul 26 — DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have shelled the Donetsk People’s Republic 52 times over the past 24 hours expending 316 missiles, mortar rounds and artillery projectiles, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination reported on Tuesday.
Fire was delivered at Donetsk’s Budyonnovsky, Kievsky, Kuibyshevsky, Kirovsky and Petrovsky districts, Makeyevka, Yasinovataya, Gorlovka, Mineralnoye, Yakovlevka, Staromikhailovka, Dolomitnoye, Golmovsky, Panteleimonovka, Ozeryanovka, Novobakhmutovka and Novosyolovka. The enemy used “Grad” multiple rocket launchers, cannon artillery and mortars.
Kiev army strikes killed one civilian and wounded another five including two children, aged 15 and 14. Twelve houses and five civil infrastructure facilities were damaged.
In the previous 24-hour period, Kiev gunmen fired 482 rounds of ammunition at the DPR killing a woman in the Yegorovka village, Volnovakha district and wounding another two civilians in Yasinovataya and Gorlovka.
Earlier reports on Tuesday said that a Ukrainian artillery attack had started a fire at a fuel and lubricants depot in Donetsk’s Budyonnovsky district.*jk
