Donetsk, Apr 26 - DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have fired 357 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours (the report does not cover liberated areas), the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Tuesday.
The enemy used “Uragan” and “Grad” multiple rocket launchers, 152mm and 122mm artillery, 120mm and 82mm mortars, grenade launchers and small arms. Fire was delivered at Donetsk’s Petrovsky, Kirovsky and Kuibyshevsky districts, Shakhta 7, Alexandrovka, Staromikhailovka, Signalnoye, Luganskoye, Yelenovka and Makeyevka’s Chernogvardeisky district on the Donetsk axis, and Shakhta Gagarina, Shakhta Izotova, Shakhta 6/7, Ozeryanovka, Dolomitnoye, Shirokaya Balka, Panteleimonovka and Mikhailovka on the Gorlovka axis.
One civilian was killed and four were wounded in the DPR within the borders which had existed before the beginning of the special military operation. Another two civilians were wounded in liberated areas, the JCCC reported on Monday evening. The shelling damaged 46 houses and five infrastructure facilities.
The JCCC morning summary does not include the information on strikes or damage to civil infrastructure in liberated areas or areas where fighting is ongoing.
In the previous 24-hour period, Ukrainian armed formations fired 255 rounds of ammunition at the Republic.*jk
