Donetsk, Oct 22 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 13 times over the past week, said DPR People’s Militia deputy chief-of-staff Eduard Basurin.
“Ukrainian fighters violated the ceasefire 13 times over the past week using artillery, mortars, grenade launchers, and small arms," he said.
The enemy targeted 11 townships.
Two civilian women were injured, nine households and the Donetsk Mechanical Plant were damaged, as well as a power substation and a gas pipe.
Almost 90 people in the DPR were killed since the Additional Measures to reinforce the ceasefire came into force.
The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”.
