Donetsk, Jan 17 — DAN. Ukrainian missile and cannon artillery has shelled the Donetsk People’s Republic twice since the beginning of the day, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC) said on Tuesday.
At 1:00, Kiev forces fired NATO-caliber cannon artillery at the Alexandrovka neighborhood in western Donetsk and later on delivered multiple rocket launcher fire at Khartsyzsk. Khartsyzsk mayor Viktoria Zhukova said that a furniture shop had been damaged in the attack.
No civilian casualties as a result of these artillery strikes were immediately reported.
On Monday, the enemy fired 205 MLRS and cannon artillery rounds at the Kalininsky, Kievsky, Kuibyshevsky, Kirovsky and Petrovsky districts of Donetsk, Gorlovka, Makeyevka and their suburbs. Three people were killed and another four were wounded in the Kalininsky district.
On Sunday, three people were wounded in Kiev artillery attacks on the DPR.*jk
