Donetsk, Oct 12 — DAN. Kiev gunmen have fired more than 140 rounds of ammunition at Donetsk People’s Republic settlements on Wednesday morning, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes reported.
The enemy targeted the Kievsky, Kirovsky, Kuibyshevsky and Petrovsky districts of Donetsk, Makeyevka’s Chervonogvardeisky district, Yasinovataya, Panteleimonovka, Krasny Partizan, Gorlovka and other settlements using 155mm, 152mm and 122mm artillery, “Grad” multiple rocket launchers, large caliber machine guns and small arms, the JCCC said.
Ukrainian artillery attacks caused damage to a least eight homes, a shop in Donetsk’s Kuibyshevsky district and disrupted gas supply to 324 customers in Krasny Partizan. The Golmovsky settlement in northern Gorlovka was left without electricity. Ukrainian remotely-delivered anti-personnel mines “Lepestok” were found in Mayakovsky Street in Panteleimonovka.
No civilian casualties have been reported.
Earlier reports said that Ukrainian army units fired nearly 150 rounds of ammunition at the DPR over the past 24 hours killing one civilian and wounding another five.*jk
