Donetsk, Jul 24 - DAN. Ukrainian army units violated the ceasefire seven times over the past 24 hours, firing 78 rounds of ammunition at Donetsk People’s Republic frontline areas, head of the DPR Mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination Ruslan Yakubov said on Tuesday.

“Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian army violated the ceasefire seven times expending a total of 78 rounds of ammunition,” Yakubov said.

Dokuchayevsk and the Kominternovo, Sakhanka and Oktyabr villages in southern DPR were targeted with 82mm and 120mm mortars and infantry fighting vehicle cannons. Six houses were damaged in Kominternovo overnight shelling, the JCCC said in an updated report.

The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.

Earlier reports on Tuesday said that a Dokuchayevsk resident was wounded in shelling by Ukrainian forces on Monday evening.*jk
