Donetsk, Dec 11 – DAN. Ukrainian army units expended over 1,350 rounds this week targeting DPR, said DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov.
“Overall, Ukrainian army units expended over 1,350 rounds or 22 tons of this week targeting the Republic’s territory,” he said.
The JCCC said the enemy fired 1,064 rounds or 17 tons of ammunition the previous week.
The sides agreed to a ‘school ceasefire’ as the new academic year was to begin in Donbass on September 1. It came into force at midnight August 25. It has not proved to be durable, thought in the first hours the security situation along the contact line stabilized. *ot
