JCCC: Ukrainian forces shell DPR with almost 170 rounds in 24 hours

Donetsk, Jul 23 – DAN. Ukrainian army units expended almost 170 shells targeting DPR territory in the past 24 hours, said DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov.

“Ukrainian armed forces fired 169 rounds. The number of ceasefire violations is six," he said.

He said the fire was opened on northern Donetsk, Dokuchayevsk, Novovyboyevo and Sakhanka.

The enemy used 82mm mortars, small arms of large caliber, IVFs, APCs, RPGs, SPGs, AGSs and small arms of large caliber.

The “Harvest Сeasefire” coordinated by the Contact Group in Minsk, came into effect in Donbass at midnight July 1. Nine hours into the silence regime, Kiev troops shelled Dokuchayevsk; a total of 57 rounds were fired on the first day of the silence regime.*ot
